Agreement

Risk. I understand taekwondo is a physical contact sport and carries a risk of injury.

Release. I release World Taekwondo Kingston, its instructors and Hillel Academy from liability for injury sustained in normal training.

Medical. The student is fit to train, and I authorise emergency medical treatment if I cannot be reached.

Fees. I understand tuition is charged monthly and is due whether or not every session is attended.

Conduct. The student will follow the instructor's directions and the dojang rules.

Contact. We may contact you on WhatsApp about classes, fees and grading.

Optional — photos or video of the student may be used to promote the programme.
